Bernardo Sandoval

Artist and designer profoundly devoted to arts and culture management. As a florist he is passionate about making graceful arrangements and installations.

Being a restless spirit, he is always working on the materialization of eccentric ideas.

He has also curated different cultural projects such as exhibitions, concerts and editorials.

His main aim is to create and foment beauty in a sustainable way and to collaborate with other creatively spirited people.

N U N T I U S exhibition. Curator of a ceramics and textiles exhibition at Víctor Esquivel Studio in Yucatan, Mexico (September).

Botanical history and cartography of Luis Barragán’s Casa Ortega Gardens. Promoter of the project in collaboration with the Faculty of Landscape Architecture at UNAM, Mexico City (in development since 2019).


Workshops in Costume Design (Andrey Bartenev, A Triadic Ball) and Food Design (Katharina Unger, Beyond Food) at the Domaine de Boisbuchet Cultural Centre, France.

Director, writer and actor of Nardo, a short film produced in Lessac, France.

Notas en Solsticio. Promoter of a classical music concert at Luis Barragán’s Casa Ortega Gardens, with musicians from the National Symphony Orchestra of México. 


Coordinator and curator of “Plural como el tiempo”: 75th anniversary exhibition of El Colegio Nacional at Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso Museum in Mexico City (June – September).


Uk’ux: hummingbird heart. Founder of a social business focused on fabrication of handmade notebooks designed and developed in collaboration with refugees from Central and South America (2016 – 2018). 


Conscienté. Founder and coordinator of a social business of regional herbal teas,  developed alongside students of the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 2014, with women of the rural communities of Actopan Hidalgo, México. The project is ongoing.. 


Founder and Editor in Chief of La B. Café, a virtual cultural blog and magazine, since 2013.
